Motivo and 1st Central are trading names used by First Central Insurance Management Limited.

You’ll see both Motivo and 1st Central branding at different points when managing your policy. Motivo is the brand you’ll see when you get a quote, buy your policy and manage Your Account online.

For some parts of your policy — like payments or claims — you may receive communications from 1st Central, who helps manage and service your insurance behind the scenes. So, don’t worry if you see 1st Central in some communications — they’re part of the team that supports your Motivo insurance policy.

As part of delivering your Motivo Insurance policy, we may use artificial intelligence (AI), including generative AI, to support aspects of your experience, such as customer communications and servicing.
