How does Motivo use information provided by non-customers during a claim?

We’ll use your information to offer and provide our insurance services. This includes making repairers, legal representation and medical assistance available to you and preventing and/or detecting unlawful acts. We use information to improve our products and services, this includes resolving any concerns and monitoring the quality of the services you receive. We sometimes share information with other insurers and service providers, such as: lawyers, government and law enforcement agencies, financial institutions (e.g. to process payment transactions), credit agencies (e.g. to check creditworthiness) or relevant organisations and databases for fraud prevention purposes (for example, Insurance Fraud Bureau (IFB).
