What is a non-approved car repairer excess?

A non-approved repairer excess of £250 will be charged (in addition to any excesses shown on your Schedule of Motor Insurance) in the event that you do not use one of our approved garages for repair when you make a claim.

When you make a claim we will provide you with a choice of our approved repairers.
