What pages do I need to upload of my V5C?

Please upload a copy of all pages of your Vehicle Registration Documents (V5c) ensuring:

• We can see the full 4 pages, including the last page (We don’t accept new keeper slips)

• It isn’t cropped or folded

If you lease your vehicle you can request a copy from the leasing company.

If there are issues with getting a copy of the V5, you can provide a copy of your leasing agreement.

The copy must show the vehicle details; vehicle registration number, date the agreement started and vehicle make and model.

To keep it simple, you can upload documents to Your Account by the date provided.

How to upload documents to Your Account :

• Log in to Your Account

• Click on ‘Documents’

• Scroll down to ‘Information request’

• Upload the document next to the relevant heading
