What proof of claims history do you accept?

This could be an email or letter containing proof of your claims history from your previous insurer, such as a renewal invitation, schedule, or statement of insurance/fact.

accept No Claims Discount as proof of your claims history.

To keep it simple, you can upload documents to Your Account by the date provided.

How to upload documents to Your Account:

• Log in to Your Account

• Click on ‘Documents’

• Scroll down to ‘Information request’

• Upload the document next to the relevant heading

You must tell us about all incidents (such as accident or theft) in the last 5 years, regardless of whether you made a claim against the policy or not, regardless of fault, for all drivers on the policy.
